Warehouse Operations Manager - Fort Collins
We are currently looking to fill the position of Warehouse Operations Manager in our busy Fort Collins location. Between the months of May and September, one can expect a minimum of 100 – 150 events per week which will require the services of RC Special Events.
Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for scheduling and routing a team upwards of 40 individuals in a fleet of up to 10 different vehicles for the successful delivery, setup, and execution of weddings, corporate events, festivals, etc. Attention to detail and quality is key, as we pride ourselves on supplying only clean, structurally stable, well-polished inventory to our clients. Operations Manager is responsible for the organization, upkeep, and security of the 20K square foot building, and all its contents. Soft Goods department, which consists of linen, china, glassware, flatware washing, quality assurance, wrapping, and staging, also falls under the scope of responsibility for this position.
Warehouse Operations Manager is ultimately responsible for allocating tasks, and working to create efficiencies within the business. Control over overtime and labor expenses, and minimizing operational costs through efficiencies is key to the success of this position.
This person can expect to work minimum 50 hours in our busy season (again, May through September), including weekends and some holidays.

Sales Associates - Boulder & Fort Collins
RC Special Events is the leading provider of event rental equipment in Northern Colorado and is currently seeking strong, dynamic, energetic people to add to our successful team of Sales Associates.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong Sales employment background with a high level of energy to deal with our large client base. Job will consist of strengthening and developing existing client relationships as well as achieving new business through strong and confident Selling techniques and skill sets.
Creativity and personality combined with organization and multi-tasking is required of this individual as they work with clients to fulfill their rental needs for Corporate, Weddings, or Social events. Ability to strive and succeed in a fast-paced environment is essential. Computer comfort also necessary, as order entry is a key part of the position.

Tent Leader (Boulder & Fort Collins)
We are looking for a dynamic individual to lead the setup and breakdown of our large tent inventory. The ideal applicant will possess the following:
• Basic tent and industry knowledge, or equivalent experience
• Ability to effectively manage a crew of up to 6 people on site
• Possess strong leadership abilities
• Be self-motivated
• Be attentive to details and have a willingness to provide the highest level of customer service
• Ability to drive a 26’ manual truck
• A willingness to learn, as training will be provided
• A great attitude!
• Bilingual preferred, but not necessary

Delivery Drivers/Helper (Boulder & Fort Collins)
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team of delivery drivers. The ideal applicant will possess the following:
