Pop Up Tents. Typically rented for backyard shade or use at festivals or fairs as vendor tents. 10' by 10' allows use of an 8' banquet table. Can be picked up from our locations and easily erected by two people in a few minutes. Sidewalls are an option.
Canopy Tents. Each All Purpose Canopy arrives complete with white powder-coated steel or aluminum poles and steel stakes. Guy ropes are permanently attached to the tops to prevent misplacing them and to allow for simple, fast installation adjustments. Storage bags and simple, illustrated, step-by-step installation instructions (click here) are also included. Variety of sizes and colors are available. We will also deliver and install if required.
 Pole Tents. The pole tent is a very tall, showy big top that can resemble a circus tent. This style is usually used on large open grassy spaces. The inside is perfect for special lighting effects and the twin line of center poles lend themselves to interesting decor options. On 10' high side legs the 60' wide version of the pole tent is ideal for band staging and concerts. RC Special Events also has a range of smaller pole tents aimed at meeting smaller budgets or when the center poles are not an issue.
Frame Tents. Come in a variety of sizes the most popular being 30', 40' or 50' wide. Included in our selection of frame tents is the Anchor Navitrac product which features canvas and walls that slide in channels giving the tent structure a tight appearance. These tents also have a wind rating suitable for longer term installations, (more than the usual 2-3 days).
 The "Century" Frame Tent with it's distinctive peaked appearance is available in sizes from 20' x 20" up to 20" x 60" and larger.
Structure Tents. These tents come in larger sizes with a heavier duty frame and require staking for secure location. Up to 100' in width these clear span structures offer maximum open floor area for the larger event. We require advance notice to review the site layout and plan the installation.
